QUTIF Research School at University of Rostock

During a four-day school, topics relevant for QUTIF will be treated in tutorials given by external experts as well as speakers from the QUTIF network. Please see the announcement which includes the list of topics. The school is open for QUTIF and non-QUTIF participants and is targeted at graduate students, PhD students and postdocs. A poster session will give participants the opportunity to present their own work.
- The school takes place at the Institute of Physics on the new campus of the University of Rostock, close to the Mensa.

- Registration deadline: 22 July 2016
- There is no participation fee. However, the number of participants is limited. Therefore, registrations will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- Participants are advised to book their own accommodation. A contingent of rooms at fixed rate is reserved at the following hotels/hostels. The required code word for booking will be made available to participants after registration.

- We will do our best to reimburse travel (train 2nd class) and accommodation for QUTIF members according to the regulations of the Leibniz University Hannover, provided that booking is made until 2 Sep 2016 in one of the above-mentioned locations or alternatively below 60 EUR p.p./p.n. excl. breakfast or 65 EUR p.p./p.n. incl. breakfast. To keep the cost manageable, we recommend that double rooms are booked if possible.
