QUTIF Research School 7–10 October 2019 in Freiburg
In this four-day school "Ultrafast Dynamics in Atoms, Molecules, Nanostructures and Solids", QUTIF-relevant topics will be treated in tutorials given by external experts as well as speakers from the QUTIF network.
The school is open for QUTIF and non-QUTIF participants and is targeted at graduate students, PhD students and postdocs.
Poster sessions will give participants the opportunity to present their own work.

Accomodation
QUTIF will cover the cost of accommodation for QUTIF members and invited speakers.
- If you are an invited speaker, the local organization team in Freiburg will reserve accommodation for you, using your specified dates of arrival and departure.
- Other participants are asked to book accommodation by themselves: There are room contingents in three hotels (see below) which can be used with the code word "QUTIF". Since the number of rooms is very limited, we kindly ask you to book double rooms with double occupation wherever possible. Please note that QUTIF will cover the cost of double rooms even if only one of the two participants is a QUTIF member.
- Reimbursement is available for QUTIF members. Bookings from the hotel contingents will be fully refunded. For bookings at other places or after the contingent deadline (see below) QUTIF members should note that, without compelling reasons, the upper limit for accommodation reimbursement is 80 EUR per night and person.
- All participants who wish to obtain reimbursement from QUTIF funds are asked to make sure that their hotel bill shows the "Institut für Theoretische Physik, Leibniz Universität Hannover, 30167 Hannover" as billing address.
- Travel expenses will be refunded as per Niedersächsischen Reisekostenverordnung (NRKVO) and the Verwaltungsvorschriften zur Niedersächsischen Reisekostenverordnung (VV-NRKVO) (German Federal Travel Expense Law and the respective Lower Saxony Implementation Rules). Further information (pdf)
