QUTIF will cover the cost of accommodation for QUTIF members and invited speakers.

  • If you are an invited speaker, the local organization team in Freiburg will reserve accommodation for you, using your specified dates of arrival and departure.
  • Other participants are asked to book accommodation by themselves: There are room contingents in three hotels (see below) which can be used with the code word "QUTIF". Since the number of rooms is very limited, we kindly ask you to book double rooms with double occupation whereever possible. Please note that QUTIF will cover the cost of double rooms even if only one of the two participants is a QUTIF member.
  • Reimbursement is available for QUTIF members. Bookings from the hotel contingents will be fully refunded. For bookings at other places or after the contingent deadline (see below) QUTIF members should note that the standard upper limit for accommodation reimbursement is 80 EUR per night and person.
